This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and the Power Configurator, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.

1. Who we are

Future Energy Venture Ltd (“FEV”, “we”), registered in Seychelles (registration number 249798), registered address c/o Abacus (Seychelles) Limited, Suite 3, Global Village, Jivan's Complex, Mont Fleuri, Mahé, Seychelles, P.O. Box 931, is the controller of personal data processed through the Future Energy Venture website and the Power Configurator. Contact: contact@futureenergyventure.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account data — your name, email, company and country.
  • Project inputs — the technical parameters you enter into the Power Configurator.
  • Transaction data — records of purchases and Credits. Card and payment details are collected and processed by Paddle; we do not store your card data.
  • Usage and device data — pages visited, actions taken, and standard analytics/log data.
  • Communications — messages you send us, including “Talk to an engineer” enquiries.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide the Platform and generate your Reports.
  • To manage your account, process payments and provide support.
  • To communicate with you about your account, orders and enquiries.
  • To improve our tool and models, including through aggregated and anonymised analysis.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.

4. Legal bases

Where applicable data protection law (such as the GDPR) applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver the service and process orders); our legitimate interests (to operate, secure and improve the Platform); consent (for certain analytics or marketing, where required); and legal obligation.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the service, under appropriate safeguards:

  • Paddle — payment processing and Merchant of Record.
  • Our hosting provider (the Power Configurator is built and hosted on Emergent).
  • Analytics provider (for example Google Analytics or Plausible).
  • Email and support tools.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.

6. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country, including by the providers above. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

7. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for the period required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise these, email contact@futureenergyventure.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary cookies to run the site and analytics cookies to understand usage across the website and the Power Configurator. You can control cookies through your browser settings; where required we will ask for your consent.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

11. Children

The Platform is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the current version is posted here with its “last updated” date.
